I hold a BAH in Psychology from the National College of Ireland and an MSc in Cyberpsychology from IADT, Dún Laoghaire. With extensive experience in the disability sector within social care, I discovered my passion for supporting individuals with neurodiversities, particularly adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I am an active member of the Special Interest Group in Neurodiversities with the Psychological Society of Ireland (P.S.I). My MSc thesis, focused on the impact of technology-assisted methods of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) on adults with ASD, has been published.
In my previous role as an Assistant Psychologist, I conducted assessments for ADHD and ASD across children, adolescents, and adults. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, rollerskating, and sea swimming.

Geraldine is our Office Manager and she is the first person you will make contact with in Éirim. Geraldine’s working life has mainly been in an office environment but did divert into a caring role for a period of time which gave her a greater empathy and understanding of other people’s needs. In her spare time, Geraldine likes to knit and is very proud that she recently knitted an Aran jumper for her teenage daughter (!!). Geraldine loves to travel with family and friends and cycling, reading and Netflix also keep her busy. When her homelife allows, Geraldine fosters dogs.
